Refund and Returns Policy
At Albasit Clo, we aim to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a faulty product, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- This policy applies only if the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Note: We do not accept returns or refunds for items that are not faulty, or if damage is caused after use.
How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos of the faulty item.
- Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to our address (details will be shared via email).
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed online via your original payment method.
- Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the item is received.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective item and want the same item again, please request a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items that are not faulty
- Used or damaged products (unless received that way)
- Sale items or promotional offers
